I first met Dr Shelby when he and Frances Ann came to Antioch for service. I always enjoyed hearing Dr Shelby sing. He sang all the hymns and if we were lucky he would sing a special. I know he is up in heaven singing! My condolences to you Frances Ann and family. Connie Drake Hall
