Not sure what to say?

Doris, Claudia & Family - my deepest sympathy to all of you. And to Claudia - thank you for your condolences when my mom, Vivian Weiss, passed in Feb. It was wonderful to hear from you & much appreciated. Blessings to all of you!

Thank you very much to everyone who has offered condolences and remembrances for our family. My mother is not online but she is made aware of every comment offered here. Be assured that your gracious remarks have helped to make this loss a little easier for us to bear.

Sincerely,
Gabriel Gitman

On behalf of my father Larry, I offer sincere condolences from the Madden family in Ashland. My Dad worked at Ashland Shirt for 47 years and his mother Anna as well. I myself have many fond memories of working at the "factory" during high school and college. A panoramic company employee photo from the late 1940s hangs in my office. My Dad was very saddened to hear of Shelly's passing and regrets that he could not attend his burial.

Gitman family, My son and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to all of you at this time of sorrow. My mother worked for Max in the earlier years and for Shelly and Al in the later years. I believe a total of 39 years when she retired in 1979. She had many happy memories. She is now with our Lord also. May your happy times and fond memories of times spent together give comfort and peace.Blessings. Mary Kaye Semanchick Thurick and son Dr. Robert J. Thurick daughter and grandson of...

Mrs. Gitman,
I am very sorry to here about Shelly, I worked with him at Gitman since 1985. He was always good to me and very helpful to me in times of need. I missed him very much when he left the business. May he rest in peace.

Doris:
Barbara and I extend our sincere condolences to you and the family.
It seems not possible that our friendship began in 1938 .

Very sorry to hear about Sheldon's passing. I worked for him at Gitman Bros. for many years back in the 1980s. I have to say that he was very good to my husband and me during those years. I also got the chance to work with David while he was working at the factory. So sorry for your loss.
