Not sure what to say?

Just read about Sheldon's passing. I'm very sorry and sad. Sheldon and I were classmates throughout elhi and I still have our 4th grade class picture. Sheldon was one of the smarter, good looking kids in class---I was jealous. After highschool I only saw Sheldon once during a summer when he was visiting home. Again I'm sorry and saddened, but happy he had a good and rewarding life.

Best regards,

A tremendous loss. Thirty one years of being fortunate to have the most dedicated caring doctor as my Endocrinologist as well as a friend. Years of family stories, life, jokes and laughter and keeping me healthy. I always felt a special bond with his wonderful wife Kathi a very special lady as well. There will always be a special place in my heart for this remarkable man. He left me in very good hands which I am very grateful for. Always thinking of his patients. Rest in Peace! Heartbroken...

I will miss my best friend of my life it was a great ride from the age of 19 to 62. He had the kindest heart ♥ In the world. He had a wonderful life & Marriage with Kathi for 27 years. We will always miss you and think of you often. Much love always and you’ll always in my heart forever, caprita

Dr. Nassburg was my endocrinologist for many years. He was very professional and had a vast amount of knowledge that he always shared. When I needed another specialist he always knew which one to send me to. We became personal friends as well, as we both were from NYC. His wife was always very kind and a pleasure to work with. Ft. Lauderdale will miss Dr. Nassburg.

KATHI & FAMILY; I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE OBIT TODAY IN THE PAPER. AS YOU KNOW, I SPENT MANY YEARS WITH Sheldon AS MY DOCTOR. I ALWAYS TRIED TO BRING A LITTLE LEVITY INTO OUR MEETINGS. HE WANTED TO KEEP IT SERIOUS, I WON. MANY TIMES I HAVE TOLD PEOPLE HE WAS THE SMARTEST DOCTOR I EVER MET. HE ALWAYS PROVED ME RIGHT BY ANSWERING MY NUMEROUS AND VARIED QUESTION. I TRULY ENJOYED OUR SESSIONS TOGETHER AND HAVE THOUGHT OF HIM MANY TIMES. HE WAS A PLEASURE TO INTERACT WITH.

KNEW SHELLY FROM THE TIME OF HIS ARRIVAL AT HOLY CROSS TILL MY RETIREMENT. HE WAS ALWAYS A GENTLEMAN WHO CARED DEEPLY FOR HIS PATIENTS AND INTERACTED WITH STAFF IN A POSITIVE MANNER. MAY HE REST IN PEACE AND HIS LOVED ONES BE COMFORTED.

My mom was a patient of Dr. Nassberg for years. She said he would natter her about her blood sugar when she "misbehaved". He said to her if she was not going to take care of herself, why bother seeing him? She did as she was told! She loved it when he said those things...bluntly and direct. Imet him briefly a few times. Condolences to his family
