Shelia was born on July 4, 1957 and passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018. Shelia was a resident of Dover, Delaware at the time of passing. She grew up around Dover and attended the local Native American School at Fork Branch for two years where she learned to hate olives. In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorial contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel 61 S. Bradford St., Dover, Delaware 19904, to help defray funeral expenses.
