It is hard to describe a spirit like Shelley; words like laughter, creative, caring, unique, handsome, generous, talented easily pop into the mind. I was truly sorry to hear of the passing of Shelley. Although I didn't see or speak to him as often as I would have liked, I did get the opportunity to see him this past summer. It was like old times. Shelley has been my friend and brother since elementary school. I will always miss him. My condolences to the Waters family

My sincere regrets to the Waters Family. Me and Shelley spent a lot of great times together at Westside and Bridgeway. He will be deeply missed by the many people he touched. Last week he told me OSU was going to win. He was usually right.
