Shelly and Mindy shared a Forever Love. He worked hard to achieve as wonderful and comfortable life for his "Beloved Mindy" and himself as humanly possible. Shelly was a warm and helpful person. We are all blessed to have been touched by his presence in our lives. May he RIP and reap all the benefits he so rightfully deserves . Mindy will miss him terribly but will have many Beautiful memories to remember and help ease her broken Heart. Love & Frienship. Sandy Wark. ...

Mindy, please try to take the time to remember because this go a long long way back in time. I was in the
office of Dr. Helen Zubrow when I first met Dr. Chinkes, fresh out of Podiatry school and shared the office
with Helen, Robin and my self. Shelly took an instant friendship to my then boyfriend Lucian, we helped you
moved and settle into your first home in Jersey. We became good friends and had good times going to
listen to your favorite live band at that time. my...

Dr. Shelly!! I just heard about your passing a few days ago. I work from home so I haven´t been in the loop. When I heard, my heart just dropped. I was the one who got you that job at CareStreet. We worked together sitting on boxes until the desks arrived. Since you took over it became a huge success. I truly did not know a kinder man in this world. You touched the lives of so many people. I´m so glad I called you that day to come meet the owners who hired you! I knew you would make a change!...

A good man with a heart of gold, he was my boss and a very understanding man, he was always a phone call away from his patient, being a HHA, he made me felt important in all that I did helping people at their home. A down to earth man. Heaven has received another angel. My condolences to you Mrs. Chinkes.

I will always remember Shelly´s remarkable bond with Mindy which I had the privilege of experiencing over many years caring for his beloved "Min". Stories of their shared shared love of live concerts and spoiled and cherished fur babies always warmed my heart. Shelly´s genuine interest in others was remarkable. He formed a friendship with all office staffers, especially Florence Spencer, who was deeply fond of him and Mindy. Shelly along with Mindy somehow always remembered to ask after my...

So very sorry to hear of Dr. shelley´s passing! I knew him for several years while working as the director of social services at Greenwood house and coordinating discharge planning. He certainly was committed to and passionate about ensuring our residents got the care they needed to be safe and well in their homes!

I was so sad to hear of Shelly´s passing. He was a dear friend and colleague. His passion for dementia has been inspiring to me through my professional journey.

It is with great sadness to learn of Dr. Shelly's passing. So shocked. He was there for our family when our mom needed assistance for hospital and home care. Not knowing where to turn or what to do, he was our guiding light helping us with our mom with dementia. He provided so much care and support to our family through all the years she was a client with CareStreet. Our thoughts and prayers are with you his loving wife and his family. May the wonderful memories of him give you comfort...
