To the Colwell Family: I want to send my condolences to all of the family. I'm glad I got to see him on my last visit in August. Shelton has been apart of our lives for more than twenty-five years, he will be missed. I will continue to keep your family in my prays. Shelton is my brother, we shared many memories together. I will miss him dearly. He loved his children above everything. There is a deep void in his family.
