Read MoreI was away when the sad news appeared regarding Shep and Teresa. I knew Shep for several decades through our Realtor Association efforts. I learned so much about conservation from Shep. He was also an interesting and amusing chap to spend time with and never too busy to answer questions. He will be missed!

I worked with Shep a number of times in his role as Conservation Commissioner for Great Barrington. Always responsive. Helpful. Patient. A good sense of humor. He took his job seriously, and he was a pleasure to work with. I always enjoyed my conversations with him.
