Sheri Lynn Boyer, 66, of Garfield, Arkansas died Aug. 25, 2023.


Sheri was the daughter of Juanita Monroe and James M. Benham of Wichita, Kansas.
Sheri attended the University of Kansas where she received her Bachelors of Architecture and Duke University where she received a Master’s of Business Administration. In 1991, Sheri & Lee E. Boyer were united in marriage. They had one daughter, Jennifer Lee Boyer.


Sheri was an architect at Boeing in Wichita in the beginning of her working career. She retired as Director of Facilities from Spirit Aerosystems. Sheri enjoyed sewing, traveling, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks and Arkansas Razorbacks. She spent the end of her life in Arkansas with two of her favorite things: Beaver Lake and her daughter. 
Sheri was preceded in death by her mother, father, & stepfather, F. Dean Monroe & nephew Jason Ludwick.


 Survived by daughter Jennifer Lee Boyer of Fayetteville, AR; Cousin Deborah Barrett of Palm Beach, Florida; Sister & brother in law Susan & Bill Ludwick, Nephew Andrew & wife Catlin Ludwick, Niece Natalie & husband Michael Holland. All of Wichita, KS.
Interment will happen at a future date.

We retire and lose connection with those we worked decades with. Consequently, (almost a year later), I'm just now finding out about Sheri's passing. My condolences to her daughter and family. I had a lot of respect for Sheri as a person and an executive manager at Boeing Wi hita. She had a great sense of humor and was a talented and brilliant leader.
