Not sure what to say?

My condolences to Clarissa, Ken and Norman. Known to me as Uncle Sherry. Was not aware of his passing.

"Hales rules" will always be observed by the locals: Greg, Dave, Jerry, Ron (with MrHale), me and many others. As kids so much was learned from not only him but his wife Barbara...I remember traveling in a GMC pickup with Ken, Norman & Clarissa to Montera to check on Grandma (what a house and location on the Pacific Ocean). Kind and generous can only begin to describe the entire family!

I was one of those young persons who was befriended and tutored by sherry. He allowed me to replace the differential gears
in my mothers ford in the shop that housed his 1937 Cord. His advice was priceless and the rearend worked perfectly. Driving the go-kart on the newly (1964) paved driveway was the real treat though. They don't make 'em like him any more and i was blessed to have known him. Best wishes to the family.
Cheers, richard gouley.

Sherry was always a joy to our family. He flew his plane to scatter my husband's ashes in one of the scariest wind storms on the North Coast. Nothing fazed him when it came to flying, but he was careful always. When he needed to write something important, one of us in our writing family were frequently called on to edit. We were glad to do so because he was always willing to help others with his skills. It's the way we should all be more often. Thanks, Sherry!

I will miss our phone chats about airplanes and their mechanical problems. God's speed Sherry

It was a honor to know you Mr. Hale.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
