To the Radcliff family,
I've only the pleasure of meeting Dwight a handful of times. He and my dad were friends back in the day. My dad was a Deputy Sheriff in Ross county in the 50's and 60's. Dad always had storys of Sheriff Radcliff and his respect for him so I always felt like I knew him. We want you all to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
