We are very sad to find out of Sherman's passing. Sherman was a great friend and will be sorely missed. Sherman's life will be remembered as a great example for others to follow. It is with deepest sadness that I learned of the passing of Sherman Paul. Just recently we exchanged letters, not knowing that that would be the last time we would correspond. Sherm was a legend, not only in the eyes of his friends, but in the folk lore of my family.
