Not sure what to say?

Still missing you Sherman Jr. Love Aunt Shirl...

It is very difficult putting into words the lost of this wonderful young man, whom I have known since he was a baby. I am deeply touched that he and my only son had an opportunity to share a trip to Texas as 2 young boys in December of 1970, and in death as in life, I pray that they are united continue their friendship as brothers with a common bond, love for their families. I believe in all of us there is that spark of goodness that comes from the Creator, and Sherman Jr. and Patrick had...

Tri City Chargers little league football. We were the only 2 with Afros and inseparable. So sad to hear he's gone.

It is still unbelievable that such a good human being is not among us anymore. A huge loss for friends and families- parents, wife and his children. Still overwhelming. We miss the family contacts and friends.

My heart is breaking hearing about the loss of our beloved Sherman. I had the honor of working with Sherman during my time in Portland. He was a tremendous mentor and a wonderful human. I loved hearing stories about his family...his beautiful wife and gorgeous children.
I'm still in shock and will carry Sherman in my heart forever.
