Not sure what to say?

I just learned today of Sherman's passing when I Googled his name. I met him at Tri-C in 1993. He was 20 years my senior but we clicked and remained friends after I transferred to JCU in 1995. I continued to call him once a year for the next 20 years (loved his answering machine messages) and we'd talk for a good hour. It was always about me and my family. Sherman was completely selfless. I would try to ask about how he had been but he never wanted to talk about himself. Others were more...

How can I forget you, Sherm? Around the time you were born, you came into my heart, and there you stayed. Consequently, you will always remain in my heart. With love, Cousin Debby

I continue to think about my cousin, Sherm. May his memory be forever my blessing.

Sherm was my math tutor and I fondly remember him at the library.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

Sherman was not only an amazing neighbor but one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was so kind to us through all the years we were neighbors and he will be sorely missed.

Sherman was always one of my favorite cousins. He was so kind to me as a small child, he would play with me when I came to visit Aunt Esther & Uncle Max and Howard. He gave me many 45 records to play. I will always remember your kindness and generosity. Rest in Paradise.

Howard I am Sorry to hear about your Brother

To my dearest cousin - Your memory will always be my blessing. I love you, Debby
