Sherman Keith "Keith" Kisner, 54, of Mannington, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2015, at home surrounded by his family. Keith was born on October 10, 1961, in Marion County a son of Beatrice (Butcher) Kisner of Fairmont and the late Sherman L. Kisner. He was a proud member of the UMWA and a member of the White Hall Church of Christ. Keith, a master mechanic, he was owner of City Automotive and had worked as a loader/ operator for Murray Energy at the Harrison County Mine. He was a hardworking family man who enjoyed camping, mining coal and spending time with his family, friends and UMWA Brothers. Keith is survived by his loving wife of twelve years, Marsha (Holmes) Kisner; their son, Reegan Kyler Kisner at home and his son Zachary Charles Lewis Kisner and his wife Patricia of Middleport, Ohio and his granddaughter, Zackenzi Dawn Kisner also of Middleport, Ohio He is also survived by his brothers and their spouses, Ronald Lewis and Sonja Kisner of Ohio and David Edward and Marcia Kisner of Fairmont; his sister and brother-in-law, Sharon L. and Ray "June" Lucas of Fairmont. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Terry Wayne Fink. In addition Keith is survived by his father in-law and mother-in-law, Lester and Wilma Holmes of Grafton; brothers sisters-in-law and sisters-in-law, Sonya and Brian Hineman of Grafton, Marlene and Brad Hall of Flemington, Clint and Diane Holmes of Grafton and Debbie Patton of Boothsville and several caring nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Carpenter & Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, Fairmont on Tuesday from 1pm to 4pm and 6pm to 9pm and on Wednesday from 11am to 1pm. The funeral service will be at 1pm on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the funeral home with Evangelist Kevin Lough and Evangelist Joel Bogges officiating. Interment services will follow at the Mt. Zion Cemetery.

I am so sorry for your loss. Keith was my brother Brian's friend and our family mechanic. He worked many hours on my sons car and was always pleasant and happy. He will be missed.
