To Mary and ALL of Phil's Family ~
I offer my sincere sympathy for your loss. I worked with Phil at Washington Gas, and enjoyed his humor and dedication to his work. He always treated each case he worked with perserverance and pride.
May your Memories bring you Comfort and Strength. May God hold him in the palm of His hands until you meet again

On behalf of his Fellow "Mother Gas Gang," and Members of The Quarter Century Club of The Washington Gas Light Company we...

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends of Philip Alter during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring you comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

Brother Alter will be greatly missed. He was an excellent Secretary for Friendship Lodge and a good Pythian! My prayers and thoughts go out to Mary and the rest of his family.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

My prayers are with your family during your time of loss.
