Sherry Driggers

Sherry Driggers, mother and youth educator, passed away November 26,2021 on her way home to North Carolina to visit family.

Sherry was born Sherry Diana Driggers in 1954 in Scotland County North Carolina to her parents, Clyde Driggers and Evelyn Hester. Sherry graduated from West Mecklenburg High School in 1973. She also studied nursing at LCC in 1985-1987. She was a preschool teacher for many years, also a youth teacher at her church.

She is survived by her two children, Derrick and Jeremy, two grand children, Jeremy, Jr. and Naomi and one sibling Ronnie and her father Clyde.

Sherry lived life caring and loving unconditionally to all. A single mother strong enough to make her boys into men with love.
