Not sure what to say?

Sherry and I were friends for 48 years almost to the day. We met the first day of school when we were entering the 5th grade. We have been best and worst friends through all these years but we were always friends.
We survived our years together at Harrison and we were roommates several years in collage and later.
We were good kids (??) and we had a lot fun discovering the world together. One of my fondest memories, among many, was her pink Rambler. We named her Rosie and we ran her...

I guess I was about 6 or 7 years old before I really knew that Sherry was not my sister. Even then it seemed as though she had always fit that role almost as well as my own sister. Although it hasn't been often the past years, I always found comfort in her smile and always felt her love, copmpasion, and sense of caring - even though she'd remind me of my responsibility to show up at family picnics.
Sherry had always been that anchor in our family, which brought us back to who we were...

Sherry and I were friends in Stratton Meadows.
Coleen babysat my brother and I.
I am so sorry to hear of Sherry's passing. May God help you through this difficult time.

I worked with Sherry for a total of 11 years at two different companies. She was a very sweet, down to earth, and cheerful co-worker who extended the hand of friendship to all those around her. I always enjoyed her company. My sincere condolences to her mother, brother, and the rest of her family.

I'm so sorry to hear of Sherry's passing. I was a friend of Sherry's in high school. We had many wonderful times together, I will never forget her. Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
