Not sure what to say?

NEVER MET SHERRY IN PERSON, BUT AS A POSTCARD COLLECTOR, I HAVE MANY OF THE BEAUTIFUL POSTCARDS SHE DESIGNED AND I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO PURCHASE. ALSO A NICE LETTER SHE WROTE TO ME MANY YEARS AGO, IN WHICH SHE TALKED ABOUT HER WORK AS AN ARTIST AND SHE COMMENTED ON POSTCARDS. HER DEATH IS SURELY A LOSS TO HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND ALSO TO THOSE OF US WHO NEVER MET HER IN PERSON, BUT ADMIRED HER SPIRIT AND HER WORK.....

Sherry was a great friend and taught me so much as we carpooled together when driving to Rohrersville Band.

Sherry was a great friend and taught me so much as we carpooled together when driving to Rohrersville Band.

Sherry's passion about art, music, life, honor and truth was remarkable. I am very glad that our lives touched.

Sherry was an inspiration to me from when I first joined the Browningsville Band. I played flute next to her for many years and in several groups. I enjoyed her sense of humor and admired her skills and dedication that she brought to the community band setting. She will be missed.

What a unique person Sherry was. I remember dissecting a snake with her on Grandma's farm as well as other adventures. The paintings in our house will continue to bless us and remind us of her talent. Her mansion was ready (John 14:1-6). We'll cherish her memory and see her later. Alan, you were an amazing brother in being by her side.

Rest In Peace, Sherry. You faced challenges in this life that most would never have endured and you knew just who and how you got through those dark times. Now He’s called you home! I am sure that by now you are putting a new coat of paint on the Pearly Gates! It was great to know you in high school and more recently at our 50th class reunion, FHS CLASS OF 1969! Your classmates were always in awe of your wonderful artistic talents! You will be missed!

I had a class with Sherry at Hood and spoke with her at the Day students House. She was a wonderful person. I extend to you and your family my deepest sympathy.

My sincere sympathy to Al and family. I am happy I had an opportunity to meet Sherry when she invited my plein air group to her farm for a paint out, She was such as talented artist.
