My deepest sympathy to the Glass family. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sherwin and Farmers Furniture for a number of years when I was at Bank South. I always enjoyed our relationship and held him in the highest regard. I truly regret not doing a better job staying in touch the last several years. I always looked forward to my visits with Sherwin and particularly the 7PM call at work when he had a question, comment or suggestion. But he always told me he knew I would working at 7PM.

Dear family of Sherwin Glass,
We are saddened by the passing of Mr. Glass. It has been an honor to have known him and a privilege to have done business with him. We first became associated with Mr. Glass in 1991 while developing his property in Suwanee and over the years have come to call him a friend. May God bless you and comfort you in this time of sorrow.

Dearest Shirley, although I only met Sherwin once, while in the hospital, I found him to be a true
gentleman and gentle man. I know that your love for Sherwin will be with you for the end of time. I truly know how you feel now and please be assured that I understand and am here for you, dear sister. You were so lucky to have the complete love of such a man. It wasn't forever, but we had the best, didn't we?
Love to you,
Susan
