Not sure what to say?

Linda,

I just heard from Kandi Boomer about Sherwin's death, and I want you to know that you are in my heart and in my prayers. I can only imagine what a difficult time his illness and passing was and is for you. I miss our chats and would love to reconnect with you if that would be of interest to you.

Hi Linda and Elijah. I just heard about Sherwin's passing. I am so sorry I was not aware sooner so I could attend the service. My thoughts and prayers are with you both. Hope you and Elijah are doing okay.

Kathy Torrisi (Dr. Burress' nurse)

Hi Linda,

I am sorry for your loss. Sherwin was great neighbor. I enjoyed our conversations by fence between our two houses. I will miss him.

Linda, I'm so very sorry to hear of your husband's passing but am so glad to hear that he was a Christian. My prayers are with you Linda. Love, Nancy Moss

Sherwin was always a blessing to me. He will be missed. Kind words, great smile, and positive attitude .

I always enjoy visiting with Sherwin. He was in one of the classes I took at Rock River Christian College. I admired his dedication and love for the Lord. I will miss him.

I worked with Sherwin and his brother Bill at WCEE-TV in the '70s. He made no secret of his belief in God and Jesus Christ and I'm happy to see that he went on to Pastor a church. May God bless him.

We are saddened to hear of the loss of Sherwin . He was a kind man. Linda, you and Sherwin were blessings to so many including our family as we walked through the journey of foster care and adoption. We are holding you and Elijah and the rest of the family in our prayers.

Sherwin was a man dedicated to God and a true follower of Christ Jesus the LORD. He was a friend and loyal supporter. I was his Pastor for 17 years and always appreciated his insights and faithfulness to God and the Holy Scriptures. He never lost faith in God and His Son Jesus. He had a lot of tough events in his life and stuck with God through all of them. He will be greatly missed.
