I think about Rick often. He was a great friend and defined honesty. I miss him greatly

Rick was a tremendous friend and mentor for me. I met him at a scouting function in 1978 in Florida. His kindness and honesty are unparalleled. I will miss phone calls with him and his wisdom. The scouting world has lost a pillar of strength.

Rick was a mentor and inspiration to thousands in scouting over the past 60 years. He inspired me to the Seminole culture and history. He was always giving and helpful to all. He will be greatly missed by many!

Rest in Peace, Rick - will miss you at Camp LaNoChe for sure! A'ho!
