I have so many memories of my sweet Aunt Shirley. No trip to Syracuse was complete without a visit to Aunt Shirley's house, where the door was always open. She was full of life and joy. She was so easy to talk to and made you feel loved and welcomed. It was lovely to see how much the Hummell siblings loved each other. I remember once someone made a reference to "your crazy aunt" and we jokingly replied, "you're going to have to narrow that down." It hurts to lose such a precious member...

Shirley and Stan raised a great family. The only way that happens is by example ! Hard work , love , and commitment are their legacy rest in peace, Shirley

She was a lovely woman. Remember seeing her at bingo. She always sent me a Christmas card. Will be truly missed.
