Shirley Ann Cereghino

Always enjoyed talking with Shirley when I visited the NW. still use many of the recipes she shared. A lovely person who is still missed.

I enjoyed teaching at Reedville Elementary with Shirley. I remember one time that our school was preparing for a musical. I was asked to play the piano. I found it too difficult. I was so glad that Shirley agreed to play the piano. She did a terrific job!

Always enjoyed spending time with Shirley and Ken. She was always willing to share recipes. One in particular was lasagna that is a favorite with my family now. She was a special lady and is missed.

May God's promise found in John 6:40, of the hope to see our loved ones again, comfort your heart and give you peace, strength, and hope in the days ahead.

A kind and gracious lady who opened her heart and home to others. Her gentle presence will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. My love and prayers to Kenny, Sandi snd her family.

I taught first grade with Shirley for many years at Durham Elementary School. What a lady she was... kind, gentle, thoughtful. And with a great sense of humor too. I have many fond memories of our time together at Durham. What a great teammate she was! Any child who had her for a teacher was certainly blessed. I was very saddened to hear about Shirley. For many years we kept in touch at Christmas, after teaching together in our early years of teaching at Reedville Elementary School in Aloha, I think the first job for both of us. I am so sorry to hear of her passing and so sorry I didn't do a better job of keeping in touch these later years.
