Not sure what to say?

Ray and Russell,
Your mom was much like an aunt to me and a sister to my mom and dad. She has been a warm spot in my life since I was 3 years old.
While I didn't see her a lot once I reaced adulthood, she has spent Thanksgiving or Christmas with us every few years for the past many. I have loved her warmth, humor, positive attitude....and I loved to watch the way she interacted with my grandchildren. Her memory will always be connected for me to security, warmth, and love...as I...

I just learned this morning of Shirley's passing, however I was able to make her memorial service. It was nice to see all the people that Shirley had "touched" over the years. I met Shirley when she was the receptionist at the The Insurance Store in Lynnwood over 12 years ago. We became friends; sometimes we wouldn't see each other as often as we would like, but it was always like it was just yesterday. Shirley was a sweet loving person & I will miss her.

Shirley was an amazing woman. She would share stories of her life with me when we were working together and I always admired her unwavering faith and kindness. It was a pleasure to know her. My deepest sympathies to the family. She will be with you always and her spirit lives on in each of you.

I always had a good time, especially laughs when I hooked up with Shirley. And I always felt there would be another time. It grieves me that I've lost my chance for that next time. Shirley will be deeply missed. My sympathies and deepest condolences go out to you, Ray and Russell. Your Momma was a good person with a heart of gold.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Shirley is the most beautiful person in the world. I will never forget the "good fish",the petting zoo, the train, the state capital, garage sales, Oregon and all of the other things she showed me. She shared as much of her life with me as she could. I love Shirley Dillery and I always will.I miss you grandma.

To remember Shirley is easy; to forget...........impossible.

Shirley
My friend from the Telephone Co. 1950's. We weren't friends to begin with but had a mutual friend
and became friends. It's been a along time.We have been through alot and shared so much of our lives, it's very hard to realize
she is gone. One day in April Shirley called me to see if I'd be home for awhile. She was showing me all her pictures of the tulips
in Snohomish she taken. As we were talking she said she had something to tell me." I HAVE BONE CANCER! what do you say...

Shirley was someone I could always talk to about anything, and she always found ways to encourage me. I will really miss not being able to say, "Good Morning Ms. Shirley!" Or watching her face light up when I brought her a piece of chocolate from Lynns candy bowl. I'm very sad to see that she's gone, but I'm happy because I know that she doesn't have to suffer anymore. (Love Ya Shirley). . . .God bless the family!
