To the Jefferson FAMILY:
I send heartfelt condolences to the family of one of my dear classmates from RHS from the 60's! Shirley was such a kind and loving spirit. Always with a smile on her face! We shall ALWAYS remember her!!!
Pat (Walden) Harvey

To all the members of Shirley's family you have my heartfelt sympathy. May she be at peace in our "loving Fathers" presence.

May God bless your family during this time. I remember Shirley as the first black cheerleader at Roosevelt High School. She was a very nice person

To Brenda, Sue, and Pattrice, you have our deepest condolences. May your loved one rest in the bosom of Jesus. From Valerie and Mother Cole, we are sorry we could not attend your loved one's homegoing. Keep your hands in God's hand. He will help you through this. From Mama Cole, Evonne McDade, Valerie Anderson, Kelli Jackson, Iyairra Harris and families.

To The Family of Brenda Comer:
Please accept our heartfelt condolences to you and your family for the loss of your sister. In times like these, hold steadfast to the Master's Hands and He will guide you through this spiritual turbulence knowing that weeping does endure for a little while, but JOY DOES and WILL COME in the morning. Keeping you in our prayers

The prayers of the Dunham family are with each and every one of you.

Our sincerest, heartfelt condolences are sent to each of you. Since childhood, as members of Macedonia, the Jeffersons and Crews' have been like family. We remember fondly Shirley's being our youth choir soloist as we sang anthems ("Remember Now Thy Creator...") and for making us all very proud when she became the first African-American cheerleader at EC Roosevelt. She was always beautiful, caring, and kind.

May the Lord bless and keep each of you and cause His countenance to shine...

May loving memories give you comfort in the days to come. I'll miss her beautiful smile.

So very sorry for your lost. May the Lord bless you and help your family through this difficult time.

Sincerely,
Carol & Laveda Moses
