criminals can't outrun a police radio
As a kid back in the early 70's, I used to listen on my old Bearcat scanner to John Ann and Steve's Mom dispatch for the HPD. Criminals never had a chance. Thank you Mrs. Frazier for helping keep us kids safe. You folks have an awesome Mom to always be proud of.
