To the Gentile family; East Forest park lost a piece of its charm with the passing of your mom and dad. Mr. "G" was the worker He and his dad "Nono" built there house in East forest park and lived there for nearly 70 years ! Founded the Holyoke Bombers semi pro football team in Holyoke (all the kids in the neighborhood were treated to free T shirts which hung to our ankles! To the Gentile family- My condolences to the family and friends of Shirley. We worked together for many years at Springfield college, for Grace Food Service along with Shirley's dear friend, Diana Goldrick. Always upbeat and very positive is how I will remember her. So happy to hear that she lived a long and wonderful life. Blessings to you all.
