Shirley Gibbs

Our condolences to Shirley's family. Beverly and I were both fortunate to work with Shirley at the Placer County Welfare office in Roseville. We fondly remember Shirley as always smiling, happy, and upbeat. She was a joy to work with. We are deeply saddened by her passing.
