Not sure what to say?

To the family of our dear friend, Shirley Hawk. The Christian Music Academy wishes to extend our prayers to you. Shirley was indeed a blessing and a very special person. Anyone who has meet her was impacted by her warm, outgoing personality. She will be missed, but her spirit lives on.

Dear Blessed Family and Friends of Shirley Hawk,

I was honored to meet Ms. Hawk in September of this year, and we were working on presenting a new program to her beloved school district. She was a great lady, and a great champion of education. She has left the world a better and richer place by her being and her doing. I am sorry I did not know her longer, but I am profoundly grateful that I knew her even a little. She has inspired me, and her memory will continue to inspire me, to...

May you always know the Love and Peace of our Savior Jesus Christ in the difficult days ahead. I didn't know your Mom personally, however I know she lived through you and that's a testament in itself. Continue to be Blessed, I'll talk with you soon.

To Shirley's family
I worked with Shirley at Ohio
Bell and will always think that my advances with the organization had a great deal to do with the management tools I learned from Shirley. Sometimes she was not even aware that she was teaching she was so giving of herself. Shirley became a friend and she and John had dinner at our house ad we always talked about her children. I never met them but I know alot about each one of them. Shirley was a dedicated, giving person and she was so...

A daughter,a sister,a mother and a friend.Shirley was good at all of these things. She loved to travel, and she loved coming home. She was in love with Cleveland and she tried to make it the best location in the nation. She set a good example for her daughters, grandson, necies and nephew to follow. She will surely be missed. Love to you all. Auntie Betty.

Greetings in Jesus name,
I truly missed an opportunity of a lifetime, to meet our 'ICON', Mrs. Shirley A Hawk while she lived. I learned that we were related two years ago, and spoke to her on several occasions. When I spoke to her I felt the joy of a dynamically 'Spirit filled' person and felt connected and accepted. Though I was not able to meet her while she lived, I am proud of how she lived and am truly honored to be a part of her family. She was a remarkable person who recieved a...

I remember Shirley, who worked in another office down the hall, from my days as a young Ohio Bell worker. She had such a striking Presence about her you could not help but come to know her. She always had a kind word for everyone she saw. She and her family are in my prayers.
