Not sure what to say?

Dear John, Janet and Tim, My deepest sympathy to you and your entire families. Our families go back many years to Aunt Peg (I have a pillow that Aunt Peg crocheted for my mother on my love seat) and Uncle Harry when they lived in Level Green and even to Uncle Harry´s parents. Shirley was my father`s cousin. My mother and Shirley became very close friends and remained so for many years even after they moved to Ann Arbor. As kids, we would visit the Mirskey`s in Ann Arbor and spend the week. ...

Our family

John, Janet and Tim, I am so sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. She was my father's cousin but we knew her as Aunt Shirley. My mother and Shirley were dear friends and kept in touch for ages. Mom kept and cherished every letter that Shirley ever sent her, and now I have them after Mom passed. My thoughts and most sincere condolences are being sent to everyone.

I knew Shirley from our time at the University of Michigan Faculty women's club back in the 1990s. She was always ready to host our book group or help out in any way she could, and was such a bright light to that community. My deepest condolences to her family.
