I was so sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. She touched many lives and will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. It is hard to lose a parent no matter how old you are, just keep your hearts filled with all those great memories and those funny moments you all have all shared. Anytime I saw Shirley in the last few years, she always made me feel like I was still part of the family. I will remember her bright smile and her big open heart. My thoughts are with her family.

I feel blessed to have known Shirley! What a wonderful, interesting, fun lady! It never mattered what environment she was "tossed" into...she made the best of it, & enjoyed it! She was truly interested in everything & everyone, & had a great sense of humor. We who are still "stuck" here, will miss her greatly! With love, Julie Brown
