Shirley was a neighbor across the hall from us (along with her husband, Jim) when we arrived at The Seville Condo in Edmonds in the winter of 2002. They were very nice neighbors and so helpful. Shirley was still teaching but she cooked a dinner one evening and invited both of us to their place when we were remodeling our unit.
