Shirley Ann O'Neil of Waynesburg, Ohio age 76, passed away Wednesday, afternoon, May 16, 2012 surrounded by family. She is now reunited with husband, Johnson O'Neil. Preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Fired, Beverly Motz, Carrie McCune and brother, Sonny Adams. Shirley is survived by four sisters, Flora Miller, Ruth Locke, Mary Hardesty and Jackie Parker. Children, Peggy (Tom) Hawkins, Dan O'Neil (Sue Nagy) and Barb (Don) Clark; grandchildren, Anna Fisher, Jim Hawkins, Wendy Moore, Chris Clark, Mason O'Neil and Logan O'Neil; great grandchildren, Caleb Reed, Kane Moore, Brook Fisher, Marayah Hawkins, Haylie Clark and Matt Clark.
