Not sure what to say?

Loved doing craft shows with Shirley for so many years. Thanks for all the times I got to stop and visit on my way through, it was great having close family to stay with. Your house was always a refuge for anyone between homes and jobs or anyone needing a place to stay while working in the area. Always willing to help out friends and family in need. I will miss her

Shirleys memorial will be Saturday Nov. 22, 2014. Paddle out at Cayucos Pier at 10 am, Memorial at Morro Bay Community Center at 12:00

Cheerleader and Prom Queen Class of 1966, Morro Bay High School.
I remember you as being a very beautiful nice person whom everyone liked and you most certainly were one of the original 1960's “Surfer Girl's” on the Central Coast of California.

Prayers and condolences to your husband, family and friends…
Also, I'd like to say hi to your brother Richard. Stay strong bro…

My sincere sympathy to the Rappe family. I had lost touch with Shirley for many years..so it is with true sadness to reconnect this way. Shirley and I were partners in our "little hole in the wall" store ..The Hang Up (In SLO).... She was always amazing...always a smile on her face and a great Bathing suit designer and maker! May the bright memories of her carry your family forward. With deepest sympathy.

Shirley you will be missed by me so much. U were my friend and mentor I learned so much from u. I am seeing you with golden wings and a beautiful angel with my mom Sue. Until we meet again in heaven my thoughts and prayers are with u. I will always remember seeing morro bay with u and seeing on ur dolls to sell in carmel. I love you and miss u. Prayers are with dale ,Melanie and ur family. RIP shirley m rappe
