Living in our neighborhood, it became a habit to drive by the house on the corner to see the lovely couple sitting at their kitchen table. If you saw us walking, especially my daughter Rachel, you would always wave. If we didn't see you, we worried and hoped that no trouble had crossed your path. We were sorry to see you move, and even sorry to see that Shirley passed. Thank you for being a comfort to many who watched you together, sitting at that table every night.
