Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Pete was a wonderful lady, a wonderful friend to my mother Pat Mayes. My prayers go out to Mark, Beth and Lisa and to their families. My prayers also go out to all families and relatives of Mrs. Pete. She was always wonderful to everyone she met and even more so to the kids in the West End. God be with you all.

Though we are heartbroken by the passing of Aunt Shirley, we are grateful for the time we had with her. Her memory will live in our hearts forever.

Shirley, was a True lady. I know my mom Stella always enjoyed working for Lester and Bill at the Smart Shop. You and your family have my condolences and sympathy. Love to you all.

Shirley and Lester were dear friends whom I got to know at the bridge table and I cherish their memories.

Shirley was one of a kind. I think of her with such fondness. I admired her spunk. She was a good friend of my mother-in-law, Helen Johnson, as well as a friend of my mom, Pat (or Patty, as she often called her) Blose. She was a special person and will be missed. My condolences to the family. You took good care of her.

So sorry to hear about Shirley's passing. She was a real classy lady and was a great friend of my mother's, Jean Rice Means. I enjoyed the lunches we three had and a great shopping trip to Pittsburgh.

So sorry Mark. She sure lived a nice long life. I always liked her and your grandma a lot. Love and prayers to you and your family, We love living on Lake Norman NC. If u n Ross ever get down this way , look us up
