Lifting the family and friends in prayer, as we know her heart and soul will be in a choir chair playing and singing praises to Our LORD and Savior.. Her talents will be missed here on this earth, in her music and the love of children and all her paths in life she enjoyed. She will be a blessing to God's word and promise. As a faithful servant and example of God's love.

Shirley also played with the Flint Symphonic Wind Ensemble for a few years in the 80s where I met her. We were about the same age and sat near each other during rehearsals. Her company was very much enjoyed by those of us around her.
