Shirley Haber Sigelow

Dear David and family,
I am thinking of you with loving thoughts of your beautiful mother, Shirley, a dear and special heart. We often talked of the closeness of the honorable Habers and Fersh cousins and my Sy '99 was one of them. In family there is strength and these/our families, remain strong and the smiles, too. I will be thinking of Shirley all day tomorrow and of old times, starting in high school.She was there,too, when Sy was drafted and off for the invasion of Germany. Then...

I was very saddened to hear of the death of our dear cousin Shirley, my father's first cousin. For so many years, we were in each other's lives continually--family gatherings, Hebrew School car pools and more. Shirley was always so sweet to all of us and the home she and Murray created was one of great warmth and good humor. The entire Haber family was very good natured and it was always a warm and nurturing experience to be in their presence.
