My prayers go out tot the family. I met Shirley in the 90's at USA Family Practice, Later USA Family Medicine and we became instant friends. WE had so much in common. She was a dedicated worker and a true friend. She was more of a sister and that's what I referred her as. She had a pure heart and would do whatever she could for anyone. Shirley was one of my favorite coworkers. Her quick wit and compassion made working at USA Family Practice and Greater Mobile Physicians/Dr. Stephen Andrews not feel like work at all. Every time I hear a Prince song I am reminded of her healthy obsession with the genius musician. Shirley was beautiful on the inside and out and her nursing skills were second to none.
