I graduated from Banks High School with Shirley. I wish I had known we lived so close.My thoughts are with your family.

I remember Shirley's radiant, friendly smile and twinkling eyes. When she talked with anyone, she made them feel as if they were her very best friend. My heart hurts for you all.

The last time I saw Shirley was last year at Publix in Fairhope. Shirley still had that sweet face and spirit. We talked for about an hour. I'm so glad I was able to spend some time with her in such a long long time. She was such a special person and we will miss her.

Although I did not know her well, I always considered Shirley one of the nicest and most pleasant members of our high school class!

Shirley was one of the most beautiful girls at Banks. I will always cherish our friendship. God Bless... Johnny

What a beautiful Christian woman who walked with gratitude and praise to the Lord Jesus for ALL in her life. I had the honor of serving with her as a Children's Leader at BSF. What a wonderful friend who was a role model to me as we shared life, enjoyed teaching little ones, and shared what God was doing in our lives.
