I had the pleasure of working with Shirley at the Insurance Department. She had a delightful sense of humor and was great fun to know. She is a person that you meet and never forget, because she was a friend who made a lasting impression. She was kind and funny and entertained us with lots of stories. I am grateful to know her daughter, and I extend to all her family members my sympathy at this time. Shirley was one in billion, that's for sure. Losing her is hard, but remembering her...

So very sorry to hear about Shirley's passing. I knew her from working in the PA Ins. Dept. She was a valued employee and a wonderful person. My sincere condolences to her family. May she rest in peace.

She had a caring and giving nature. Her distinct laugh would always make me smile. I met Shirley the very first day I started working for the State. She was always there for me even if it was just to listen. I will miss her so much.
