I became acquainted with Shirley thru my mother in law Dorothea Brondsema, Hommes, Ruiter when I started attending the "Cousin´s Lunch". What a wonderful group of Christian women. My husband, Jack, remembered Shirley when she would babysit him on Stevens Street. The picture I´ve attached was taken in 2007 when everyone was present.
