Not sure what to say?

I worked with Shirlyn on a variety of legal matters. She was exceptional at drilling down through the layers of possibility to identify the most practical way to achieve the goal she had. She was wonderfully frank and direct. Her loyalty to those on her team and in her family was ever evident. She practiced law in her own distinctive and effective style. She made a huge virtue out of being pragmatic and practical. You could learn from her just by sitting and watching. I'm sorry she...

I'm sorry to learn of Shirlyn's passing. My deepest condolences. Back in the day Shirlyn was not only my friend but my mentor as well who took me under her wing. May the many happy memories that you have of her be of comfort and solace to you now. Godspeed, Shirlyn.

RIP, neighbor and classmate.

I'm one of Shirlyn's classmates, Crawford Class of 1966. I was fortunate to catch up with your mom on several occasions right after she graduated from law school. I was involved with a case in San Diego and would run into your mom at the downtown courthouse. She was beautiful, smart and extremely nice...a perfect combo! I just heard today of her passing, to say I'm saddened is an understatement. May your mom rest in peace and may her family take comfort in the wonderful memories she...

I went to Crawford with you mother. I remember her as a beautiful young girl, inside and out. So sorry for your loss

I am so very sorry for your loss. May fond memories of your beloved Shirlyn and God's promise to wipe away the tears from all faces give you hope and comfort during this difficult time.

Great confidant, teacher, friend and guide.

Shirlyn was a wonderful co-worker and friend. She will be greatly missed. May her memory be for a blessing.
