Dear Viju,
I was saddened to read in the Oregonian of Shivaji's passing. My deepest condolences to you and your family. I think of you often - the many days we spent at Circle of Life, and especially the day that you invited my parents and me to your home. The visit was warm and wonderful and the food you cooked was terrific, but the most memorable part was the tour that Shivaji gave us of the mice he was keeping in the garage as part of an experiment. Dr Shivaji has been a very personable gentlemen, great stature and always smiling at every time of meeting or even talking on telephone. Me and my wife had the honor and pleasure of knowing the couple very dearly, while we served at the Indian Christian fellowship gatherings, and Private Prayer meetings as committee members, he was the President of the ICF, and we both served as board members under his leadership, he would always be consulted and gave the last word, whenever, any wise advise...
