Not sure what to say?

He was a wonderful professor. I learned from him during my MS and PhD program. May his soul rest in peace.

I share my sadness when I remember Professor Kimura. He was a gentle, disciplined man and a great mentor for his students. He will be missed.

Sending Deepest Sympathy to you and your family, Rie.

We were truly blessed to have known Sho, who, to us will forever be Kimura-sensei. We were touched by his genuine kindness and gentle demeanor and awed by his quiet tenacity and attention to detail, evident in so many things, including his art. We considered him a mentor in life, and he will be deeply missed. Kiko-san, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My thoughts are with Kiko-san, a truly...

Kiko I had no idea Sho had cancer. He and I share a birth year and I like to think of us as having much more life to live. He was such a brilliant and kind person that he will be remembered fondly and with great respect by all who knew him. I remember being in your beautiful home learning to make sushi. Although Sho was at work, I could tell by the care of your home and fondness as you spoke of him that you had a wonderful relationship. May your memories and your daughters help to ease your...
