I only knew Shona for 9 months;yet felt like i knew her my whole life. We met at a fragile time in both our lives but I saw- the moment we met- that we would friends for a long time. Shona was such an inspiration to me.... everything from her difficult past, to the love and dedication she had for her prescious son Charlie- she loved her son more than anything else in this world. In the time i spent with Shona I learned what real maternal love was-devotion and unconditional love. She was a...

I am deeply sadden by hearing the news just yesterday, Shona was a beautiful, outgoing, funny and amazing person. She was always nice and caring and always had a smile on her face. I pray for her soul to rest in peace and I pray also that wherever she is she is happy and smiling down on us. My thoughts and love are with her family.

I am sad to hear of the news of Shona's passing. I worked with her a few times at Children's hospital and she was always so bright and happy. Shona, you will be missed, but never forgotten. Rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened to just find out about Shona. I worked with Shona at BC Children's Hospital and shared many laughs and sushi with her. Prayers and blessings to Charlie and her family as she so spoke of daily from her heart! She loved you all so very much. Shona is is heaven looking down on us. It's still hard to believe that we won't be making any new memories together. Us going to the movies and sharing the sisterly bonds, you being my fashion role model.

I remember Shona from Hyde. She was a sweet and charming girl and will be missed but not forgotten.
