You were many things to many people but from everyone that I've heard speak of you there was a common denominator! You were & are with God! God filled every moment of your life & I am so gratefull that he saw fit to have you become part of my life! I did finally get to meet your Mother & I see where you got your start. I will Love & miss you for the rest of my life! Thank You!

Lets give God some praise in this time of sadness. Shonda we love you and will miss you but we know that you are back with your heavenly father.You did everything on this earth that God wanted you to do and he said now it's time for you to come home with him. I'm glad that I had the chance to meet you and to get to know a real saint. You will be missed but not forgotten.

Shonda was a wonderful person. She loved to please God and would let nothing or anyone take his place. It's comforting to know that she's right where she was aiming to be...in Heaven. She touched my life so greatly years ago and she will be missed just the same. Until me meet again Shonda...until we meet again. With love.

Shonda was an inspiration and light and a blessing to all who had the privilage of meeting her. She was a leader with a heart of compassion, a beautiful woman. Her smile would warm your heart and her determination would make you a fan. I loved watching her play at TCU when my daughter was in middle school and later she came to Aledo High School to inspire the varsity team during Shian's junior year. She planted many seeds that helped other girls grow and mature into athletes that were...
