EASTOVER%% Services for Lila Gladys Browder, 69, of Eastover, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2005 in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia, officiated by Pastor Chuck Lackey and Rev. Kenneth Jackson. Burial will follow at Olympia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Breast Cancer Research, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210.

Mrs. Browder died Sunday, January 23, 2005. Born in Orangeburg, she was a daughter of the late Harry Lee and Mary Frances Brown McCollum. A lifetime resident, Mrs. Browder was a member of Grace Bible Alliance Church.

Surviving is her husband, Richard Browder of Eastover, daughters, Sharon Haas of Eastover, Paula Craig (Doug) of Myrtle Beach, Marie Coker (Robbie) of Elgin, Cindy Brown of Gilbert, Gail McIntosh (Joe) of Gilbert, Sandra Carraway (Joe) of Sumter, Angie Shealy (James) of Eastover; sons, Ricky McCollum (Debbie) of Pelion, Robert Martin of Manning, Ron Martin (Jeanie) of Lexington, William J. Martin, Jr. (Pamela) of Elgin, Roy Martin (Jane) of Lexington; sister, Nelly Vaughn of Columbia; brother, Eugene McCollum of Aiken; thirty-five grandchildren; and twenty-four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Browder was predeceased by a brother, William Frank McCollum and a son, Johnny Martin.
