Not sure what to say?

Although I had not seen Sidney in many years, I still considered him a dear friend! We played Softball against each other for many years, and together w/the old Tom's team in late 1970's! Sid was a great athlete, but more importantly, he was a great person! My thoughts and sympathy is w/the family as they grieve for this good man!

I KNEW SIDNEY FROM COMPETING AGAINST HIM WHEN HE PLAYED FOR TOMS AND FOR KEN SANDERS. I MANAGED JERRYS CATERERS AND I RECALL NOT WANTING HIM TO COME TO BAT ESPECIALLY IF THE GAME WAS ON THE LINE. HE WAS A VERY UNDERATED PLAYER NOT ONLY ON OFFENSE BUT ON DEFENSE A GREAT COMPETETOR AND A GREAT GUY. Becky: I am so sorry to here of Sidneys passing. He was such a great person. I will always remember him as a friend and a great athlete. Please note that you will be in our prayers. What a great man Sid was!!

So Sorry for your loss Cooper family. I remember Sid was a lot of fun. Sam, Nikki, & Reese Ledford (Joey Jones & PC ALLSTARS)

What we should be thinking is how we should love and live life as he did, because time on earth is just too short. He truly enjoyed his life and loved all those who loved him. What an inspiration he is to all and lucky we were that his...

Dear Cooper family,
I will keep you all in my thoughts & prayers during this difficult time. I enjoyed watching Sidney play football many years ago. Take care.

Sharon, I am so sorry to hear about your brother. My thoughts, prayers and love are with you and your family.

We will all be listening for the sky to open up and sing out a chorus or two from Big Sid. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. May God give you all the strength that you need.

Dani and Heath Harris

The Cooper Family,
Sidney was well loved and will be missed by many...May God bless you during this time.
