I KNEW SIDNEY FROM COMPETING AGAINST HIM WHEN HE PLAYED FOR TOMS AND FOR KEN SANDERS. I MANAGED JERRYS CATERERS AND I RECALL NOT WANTING HIM TO COME TO BAT ESPECIALLY IF THE GAME WAS ON THE LINE. After reading all of these entries,what else is there to say about Sidney, but Phenix City lost somewhat of a legion. If any one ever enjoyed life and all that went with it, family, friends, ball, dancing, talking, horses, laughing, and loving, it was Sidney.
